Import information for forging services from China
Importing parts and products forged in China is much easier than you may have thought. Not only does Chinasavvy oversee the technical aspects of Chinese forged products and goods, we also carry out rigorous quality control during all stages of the forging process of manufacturing and, then, we ship the finished export products to your destination port. If you require door-to-door service we can arrange that too!
Your import of competitively priced, high quality forgings and forged products from China could not be easier.
Typical shipping times (on the water) of export of Chinese forged products are as follows:
- US West Coast – 18-20 days
- US East Coast – 28-30 days
- Europe – 24-26 days
- Australia – 12-14 days
If you already have a freight broker we will make sure they receive all the necessary documents (commercial invoice, bill of lading, packing list, etc) in sufficient time to be able to prepare import and customs clearance documents for your exported forgings and forged goods and products at the port of entry. Our shipping department will advise you or your broker, by email, shipping departure and arrival dates as well as bill of lading number, ship name, etc.
If you do not already have a freight and customs broker for Chinese forgings we can put you in touch with a competent broker in your country, state and area.
Some customers prefer us to provide a door-to-door service including all freight, customs clearance, duties, inland transportation, etc. We will be happy to do this for a small handling fee. In this case we act as both your China exporter and as your importer. We handle the entire process.
Generally speaking no import licenses are necessary for any type of goods and products forged in China. Chinasavvy will provide any export licenses necessary.
If you require any more import information about any type of forged products from China and our services, please do not hesitate to contact us.
