This should apply to CNC machining from any country including China. And it should apply to whatever end use the CNC manufacturing is for – tools, prototypes or production precision CNC machining.

Before you first receive a quotation from Chinasavvy for CNC machining we will have carefully reviewed your drawings and specifications to make sure that our CNC machining contractors can achieve the tolerances in the dimensions specified. The choice of CNC contractor will depend on the dimensions and tolerances in your drawings. We consider the type and accuracy of the CNC machine required; the type of jig required; the material to be used; and the quantity of CNC products needed. If we can not obtain the exact material in China we will recommend an equivalent or substitute metal or plastic.

Once we have quoted your requirement for precision CNC machining you can be sure that we support it with a 100% guarantee. We can, for an extra charge, provide CMM checking and reports. Our only conditions are that you provide us with both 2D and 3D drawings and our guarantee is limited to the dimensions and tolerances specified on the 2D drawing (or on the 3D drawing if the dimensions on the 2D drawing differ).

If required we can also provide guarantees in the form of certificates of authenticity for the materials used in CNC machined products.
