It is totally reasonable that you should expect a guarantee that your die casting, be it one-off precision die cast parts, prototypes or high volume die casting meet with your requirements as outlined in your drawings and specifications. This should apply to die cast products from any country including China. And it should apply to whatever end use the die casting is for – tools, prototypes or high volume component products.

Before you first receive a quotation from Chinasavvy for die casting we will have carefully reviewed your drawings and specifications to make sure that our die casting contractors can achieve the standards, tolerances and quality specified. The choice of die casting contractor will depend on your requirements. We consider the type and accuracy of the die casting required; the material to be used (aluminium, zinc, brass, copper, etc; the tolerances specified; and the quantity of die cast products needed. If we can not obtain the exact material in China we will recommend an equivalent or substitute metal or grade. Our designers will collaborate with the die caster at an early stage of the product design and development, helping to resolve issues affecting tooling and production, while identifying the various trade-offs that could affect overall costs.

Once we have quoted your requirement for die casting you can be sure that we support it with a 100% guarantee. We can, for an extra charge, provide CMM checking and reports. Our only conditions are that you provide us with both 2D and 3D drawings (or commission us to provide these drawings) and our guarantee is limited to the dimensions and tolerances specified on the 2D drawing (or on the 3D drawing if the dimensions on the 2D drawing differ).

If required we can also provide guarantees in the form of certificates of authenticity for the materials used in die casting products.
